Day 1. Delhi: Arrival and Transfer to Rishikesh
Welcome to Delhi: You will be meeting your travel leader on Delhi's arrival. Afterward, you will be headed for a drive to Rishikesh. Enroute to ‘Yoga capital of India,’ take a halt for lunch. Then you will proceed to your camp in Rishikesh. After you reach, complete the check-in formalities, and rest for a while to remove the tiredness. A few moments later, go outside for rafting activity on the mighty Ganges. You can choose to ride the rapids of different grades, including 1 to 5 levels. You will have the option to enjoy outdoor sports like kayaking, rock climbing, and rappelling. If time permits in the evening, make sure you attend the Aarti ceremony on the Ganga Ghat. Get back to your accommodation by dusk to enjoy a bonfire. End your day with a scrumptious dinner at the camp followed by overnight sleep.
Day 2. Mussoorie: Arrival For Sightseeing(25 km, 1 hour)
Day 2 of the complete Uttarakhand tour package for 14 nights and 15 days starts with a wholesome breakfast, after which you will be transferred to Mussoorie. It is also called the ‘Queen of hill stations’ because of its scenic landscape beauty. The drive to Mussoorie from Rishikesh is exciting as the route is beautiful, and you will be spoiled with lush greenery all around you! Upon reaching Mussoorie, complete the check-in formalities, and spend some time relaxing. In the afternoon, you must go out to sightseeing places, including Gun Hill, Lake Mist, Kempty Falls, and if time permits in the evening, seek blessings at Christ Church.
Day 3. Auli: Arrival and Full Day Leisure
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast and proceed to Auli travel after completing the check-out formalities. Witness the splendid beauty of mountain ranges on the road trip to Auli today! The amazing journey from Mussoorie to Auli will refresh your mind. On the way, encounter several sightseeing places that come your way! If you want, you can take a halt for a lunch break. Then you will continue to Auli, where you will perform check-in formalities. Unwind at your own pace. By the nighttime, enjoy a refreshing dinner followed by overnight sleep.
Day 4. Auli: Explore the Local Charms.
Your today’s morning will start with a refreshing view of the mountain ranges. Pamper yourself with the appetizing morning meal. Later, proceed to explore the local charms of Auli like Gurso Bugyal and Chattrakund. You will have ample time to enjoy skiing on the slopes. After lunch, proceed to a guided trek to Lake Valentine. The hike would be 3 km (approx.) and make you a storyteller as you will pass through the thick pine forests. By twilight, return to your hotel. Relish the dinner and stay overnight.
Day 5. Joshimath: For Local Sightseeing.
Wake up with the beauty of the majestic Himalayan Ranges. Start your morning with a delicious breakfast as you will be driven to Joshimath for a local sightseeing experience. Upon reaching Joshimath, seek blessing at Narasimha Temple, learn Shankaracharya Cave's legends, and bathe in the therapeutic hot sulfur water springs. If time permits, you should embark on a trek to the exotic valley of flowers from Joshimath. After a tiring but equally exciting day, return to your hotel for dinner and a cozy overnight sleep.
Day 6. Nainital Sightseeing.
Begin your day with a visit to Tiffin Top for breathtaking views of the town and nearby peaks. Then, head to Snow View Point, accessible by a cable car. Afterward, visit the famous Naina Devi Temple, the Nainital Zoo, and the serene Bhimtal Lake. In the evening, explore the local markets. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 7. Nainital to Almora (65 km, 2 hours).
Drive to Almora, a peaceful town known for its untouched beauty and surrounding mountains. Check into your hotel, and visit the Kasar Devi Temple and the local markets. Almora offers a calm atmosphere for relaxation and exploration. Spend time taking in the panoramic views of the snow-clad peaks. Overnight stay in Almora.
Day 8. Kausani to Ranikhet (65 km, 2.5 hours).
Drive to Ranikhet, a small hill station known for its beautiful scenery and peaceful ambiance. Visit the Jhula Devi Temple, and explore the Ranikhet Golf Course and the nearby local markets. Take a nature walk through the pine forests or enjoy a relaxing evening at the hotel. Stay overnight in Ranikhet.
Day 9. Almora to Kausani (50 km, 2 hours).
After breakfast, head to Kausani, often referred to as the "Switzerland of India." Upon arrival, visit the Anashakti Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi spent time. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Panchachuli peaks. Explore the lush tea gardens and relax amidst the picturesque landscape. Stay overnight in Kausani.
Day 10. Ranikhet to Haridwar (160 km, 6 hours).
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar for a peaceful rest. You can revisit the ghats or temples if you missed them earlier. Take a leisurely stroll along the river or shop for souvenirs. Prepare for the spiritual part of your journey – the Char Dham Yatra. Stay overnight in Haridwar.
Day 11. Haridwar to Yamunotri (180 km, 6 hours).
Drive to Yamunotri, the first stop of the Char Dham Yatra. After reaching the base camp at Janki Chatti, trek or take a pony ride to the Yamunotri Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Visit the hot water springs and perform rituals. Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay.
Day 12. Yamunotri to Gangotri (220 km, 7 hours).
Leave for Gangotri, the origin of the sacred Ganges River. Upon arrival, visit the Gangotri Temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga and spend time at the banks of the river. Explore the serene beauty of the region and perform the traditional rituals. Overnight stay in Gangotri.
Day 13. Gangotri to Kedarnath (250 km, 8 hours).
Drive from Gangotri to Gaurikund, the base camp for the Kedarnath trek. From here, begin the 16 km trek to the Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Alternatively, take a helicopter ride. After offering prayers and performing rituals, return to Gaurikund and head back to Haridwar for your onward journey.
